Chronically Chaotic: The Chronicles of a Complicated Human Being
Coming 2025
This is not a self-help book.
It’s a survival document.
Chronically Chaotic is a memoir told through the lens of mental illness, obsession, and a decade of digital journaling. It tracks my slow descent from cocky teenager to unhinged adult—and the messy, darkly funny climb back to something resembling stability.

I write about PMDD, OCD, and depression with humor that’s occasionally inappropriate, often dry, and always honest. This book covers a ten-year stretch of survival that includes: vomiting in cigar lounges, trauma-bonding with Russian men on cruise ships, confronting my own avoidance in love and intimacy, and trying to make peace with a body that feels like it’s breaking down from the inside out.

It’s not advice.
It’s not a guide.
It’s just what it looks like when you document the chaos and try to make meaning out of it.
If you've ever tried to laugh through a breakdown or looked at your life and gone, “What the hell is this even?”—this one’s for you.
